Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply: We deliver goods worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.50 per order. We deliver free of charge for orders over €100.00.
International deliveries:
We charge the following flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on the destination country.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–10 working days and to other countries within 1–14 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
