How do I return an item?
After receiving your order, you have the option to return one or all items in this order within 14 days.
To do so, send us a clear email or letter stating the order details (name of the person placing the order, order number, position or article number of the product) to kontakt@leefs.eu or by post to AYRN GmbH, Mansfelder Str. 20, 44892 Bochum
You can optionally use the sample cancellation form below.
Please pack the goods so that they can be returned without damage, ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging.
Once packed, please bring the parcel to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider.
Revocation of purchase contracts for delivery to a third country (outside the EU) is excluded.

Who bears the shipping costs for the return?
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer free returns. You pay the costs for returning packages yourself. The return costs for packages depend on the costs of the shipping service provider.
In case of a complaint (damaged, incorrect or incomplete item), return shipping is of course free of charge.
When will the purchase amount be refunded?
As soon as the return has arrived undamaged at our warehouse, the total amount including shipping costs will be refunded immediately to the selected payment method.
Refunds are usually made immediately, but within a maximum of 14 days (depending on the payment method) after receipt of the return.
What do I do if my order does not arrive in perfect condition?
If an item has not been delivered to you in perfect condition, you of course have the option to complain about the item.
This includes, for example, if you received an incorrect item, the item is defective, parts are missing from a package containing the item, or you received duplicate parts.

If the item is damaged, you can speed up the process by sending us photos of the defective item and any defective packaging.
How can I claim the warranty on defective goods?
Within the first two years after purchase, you have a legal warranty claim on the ordered goods from the time of delivery.
Please contact us at kontakt@leefs.eu and describe the problem to us. Send us relevant pictures if possible.
We will then try to find the best possible solution by consulting with the manufacturer.
This can be a repair, complete replacement or subsequent delivery of a spare part.
