How do I return an item?
After receiving your order, you have the option to return one or all items from this order within 14 days.
To do this, please send us a clear email or letter stating the order details (name of the person placing the order, order number, item number or position of the product) to kontakt@leefs.eu or by post to AYRN GmbH, Wasserstraße 96, 44803 Bochum
You can optionally use the sample cancellation form below.
Please pack the goods in such a way that they survive the return shipment without damage, ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging.
Once packed, please take the parcel to the nearest branch of the shipping provider.
Cancellation of purchase contracts for delivery to a third country (outside the EU) is excluded.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we cannot yet offer free returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs depend on the shipping provider's rates.
In the event of a complaint (damaged, incorrect or incomplete item), return shipping is of course free of charge.
When will the purchase price be refunded?
Once the return has arrived undamaged at our warehouse, the refund of the total amount including shipping costs will be immediately processed to the selected payment method.
Refunds are usually processed immediately, but may take up to 14 days (depending on the payment method) after the return has been received.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived in perfect condition?
If an item has not been delivered to you in perfect condition, you of course have the option to file a complaint.
This includes, for example, if you received the wrong item, the item is defective, parts are missing from one of the item's packages, or you received parts twice.

For damaged items, you can speed up the process by sending us photos of the defective item and, if applicable, the damaged packaging.
How can I claim under the warranty for defective goods?
Within the first two years after purchase, you have a statutory warranty claim on the ordered goods from the date of delivery.
Please contact us at kontakt@leefs.eu and describe the problem. If possible, send us relevant pictures.
We then try to find the best possible solution by consulting with the manufacturer.
This could be a repair, a complete replacement, or the delivery of a replacement part.
